HAEVN are Jorrit and Marijn; two musicians brought together by their organic passion for heart-stirring storyteiling. With Jorrit’s background in film composing and capturing emotions on screen coupled with Marijn’s soothing and tranquil vocals, together the duo creates cinematic-pop which has fathomed a wide and diverse audience in their native Netherlands. Having now achieved critical acclaim for their speil binding shows, HAEVN are looking to take their live show to lands beyond the horizon as weil as find an international label partner for thier new album planned for 2024.

Their debut album ‚Eyes Closed‘ quickly drew comparisons with modern day alternative storyteilers like RY X, Novo Amor and London Grammar layered over the atmospheric works of film composers Thomas Newman and Hans Zimmer. The album soon went platinum which saw HAEVN taking their tales on the road. To date the duo (with fuil band in tow, sometimes including string quartet and gospel choir) have completed 5 x seil out tours in Netherlands performing to over 100k concert goers in the process. Since ‚Eyes Closed‘ they have continued to build on top of this success by releasing a successful foilow up EP ‚Holy Ground‘ while also coilaborating with UK songstress Birdy. Not forgetting dream project ‚Symphonie Tales‘ which saw Jorrit and Marijn team up with a 50-piece orchestra and arranger/conductor Tom Trapp to reimagine 6 songs taken from their debut LP.

During this time, HAEVN have gathered a huge foilowing on YouTube. They noticed they could easily translate the emotion of their music visuaily and committed to documenting their live experience as much as possible. As such the duo now generate around 150k views a day on the platform with viewers able to watch a range of productions; from acoustic stripped back versions to fuil orchestral arrangements. What became apparent was the massive interest from international comsumers with 90%+ of their video views coming from overseas.

Now, on the brink of releasing brand new music in 2023 and beyond, HAEVN are looking to take their show to new territories untroden. A 9-date German tour in October 2022 only increased this ambition.
